Boiled Kala Chana Salad (Add Cucumber, Bell pepper, Onion and Black pepper)

Ingredients:
- Soaked kala chana 30 g
- Chopped cucumber 30 g
- Chopped onion 30 g
- Chopped bell pepper 30 g
- Lemon juice 5 ml
For seasoning
- Salt as per taste
- Black pepper as per taste
Method:
- Soaked the kala chana overnight.
- Take the pressure cooker , put the soaked kala chana into it and pressure cook over low heat for three whistles or till the kala chana gets soft.
- Then , take a mixing bowl , add chopped onion, cucumber, bell pepper and cooked kala chana into it. Add some seasoning and lemon juice also.
- Mix all the ingredients well and serve it in a bowl.
