Boiled Kala Chana Salad

Boiled Kala Chana Salad (Add Cucumber, Bell pepper, Onion and Black pepper)

Time of Preparation:  30 minutes

 

Ingredients:

  1. Soaked kala chana 30 g
  2. Chopped cucumber 30 g
  3. Chopped onion 30 g
  4. Chopped bell pepper 30 g
  5. Lemon juice 5 ml

For seasoning

  1. Salt as per taste
  2. Black pepper as per taste

 

Method:

  1. Soaked the kala chana overnight.
  2. Take the pressure cooker , put the soaked kala chana into it and pressure cook over low heat for three whistles or till the kala chana gets soft.
  3. Then , take a mixing bowl , add chopped onion, cucumber, bell pepper and cooked kala chana into it. Add some seasoning and lemon juice also.
  4. Mix all the ingredients well and serve it in a bowl.
