Falafel and Hummus wrap

Ingredients:
- Ragi flour 20 g
- Whole wheat flour 20 g
- Besan 10 g
- WhiteChana 30 g
- Beetroot 30 g
- Garlic 5 g
- Lettuce 30 g
- Tomato 30 g
- Coriander 10 g
- Sesame seeds 5 g
- Salt as per taste
- Red chilli powder 2 g
- Mixed herbs 5 g
- Olive oil 10 g
Method:
- Take a bowl, add whole wheat flour, ragi flour, salt and make a soft dough using water.
- Divide the dough into equal parts and roll out medium thickness chapati.
- Heat a tawa and cook the prepared rolls using half of the oil, make sure not to make it crisp as it will be hard to wrap. Keep it aside.
- To prepare hummus, take a blender, add 20 gm overnight soaked and boiled chana, 10gm garlic, 2ml olive oil, and blend together to form a smooth paste. Refrigerate prepared humus until in use.
- To prepare falafel, take a blender, add 30 gm overnight soaked and boiled chana, 10gm garlic, boiled and mashed beetroot, coriander and 10gm besan process to form a mixture. Make sure everything bindes together and does not fall apart. Shape it into round patties and bake at 180 degree celsius for 10-15 minutes or till cooked properly.
- Take the prepared wrap base, spread the prepared hummus on it followed by lettuce leaves, sliced tomatoes,,sprinkle sesame seeds,mixed herbs and wrap it folding sides over filling,rolling from the bottom up. If desired, crisp both sides in a nonstick skillet on medium flame. Serve hot.
