  • Banana, 50 gm
  • Mango, 30 gm
  • Kiwi, 20 gm
  • Yoghurt, 100 gm
  • Honey, 5 gm
  • Mint Leaves, Few


  1. Take 1/2 banana, 1/2 mango, and 1/2 kiwi flesh in a glass bowl and add 100 g or half small cup plain yoghurt to the fruit mixture.
  2. Add 1 teaspoon honey to the above fruit yoghurt mixture and blend for 10 seconds in a blender.
  3. Transfer the contents of the blender in a tall glass and garnish with two mint leaves. Serve the smoothie chilled.
