Grilled Chicken

Time of Preparation:  60 minutes

Ingredients:

  1.  Chicken 100 g
  2. Ginger paste 5 g
  3. Red chilli powder 2g
  4. Cumin powder 2 g
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Hung curd 30 g
  7. Garlic paste 5 g
  8. Coriander powder 2 g
  9. Powdered black pepper 2 g
  10. Garam masala powder 2 g

Method:

  1. To prepare this easy chicken recipe, wash the chicken and prick it with a fork.
  2. Now, in a large bowl, combine hung curd, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, black pepper, salt and garam masala.
  3. Stir all the ingredients until well blended.
  4. Now add the chicken and apply the masala mixture all around it.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or up to 24 hours.
  6. Once done, preheat the oven at 190 degree Celsius.
  7. Remove chicken from marinade and place it on a grilling tray.
  8. Grill it for 1 hour, turning it in between.
  9. Check the chicken when it’s fully cooked. Serve it with salad or Indian bread.
