Lettuce Red Cabbage Salad

Ingredients:
- Red Cabbage shredded 50 g
- Lettuce chopped 50 g
- Onion chopped 50 g
- White Vinegar 5 ml
- Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Method:
- In a large bowl, combine chopped red cabbage, lettuce and onion.
- In a small bowl, vinegar, black pepper and salt.
- Pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour and then serve.
