  1. Red Cabbage shredded 50 g
  2. Lettuce chopped 50 g
  3. Onion chopped 50 g
  4. White Vinegar 5 ml
  5. Black Pepper to taste
  6. Salt to taste



  1. In a large bowl, combine chopped red cabbage, lettuce and onion.
  2. In a small bowl, vinegar, black pepper and salt.
  3. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour and then serve.
