  • Non-dairy milk (almond, coconut), ½ cup
  • Wheatgrass powder, 1 Tsp
  • Avocado, ½
  • Mint leaves, 1 Cup
  • Coconut whipped cream, for serving (optional)


  1. Blend everything (Wheatgrass, mint leaves, avocado, milk) in a blender.
  2. Transfer smoothie into a glass.
  3. Serve with coconut whipped cream.
