      Onion, garlic, amla and lemon can be consumed freely in food. Honey should be taken 1-2 teaspoons per day preferably early morning empty stomach with water. Green tea needs to be taken at least 2 cups per day anytime of the day. Ashwagandha, triphala, arjuna (any one to start with) capsules can be taken 1 after breakfast and dinner.
