- 1 1/2 cups peeled and chopped apples
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 cups chilled milk (double toned)
- 1 tsp cinnamon (dalchini) powder
- 1 tsp Probhujin
- crushed ice to serve
1. Blend the apple and sugar in a blender to a smooth purée using a little milk.
2. Add the cinnamon powder, Probhujin and milk and blend again.
3. Pour into 4 individual glasses and top with ice-cubes.
4. Serve immediately.
