Apple Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 Teaspoon Panchamiya
  • 2 chopped peeled apple
  • 1/4-inch piece peeled ginger
  • juice of 2 limes, 2 tsp honey
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2-3 ice cubes. (Instead of adding ice fruits can be frozen overnight)

Method

  1. Blend all the ingredients together.
  2. Serve.
