Arbi Tikki

Ingredients for Arbi Tikki

  • 150 Gms Arbi
  • 3-4 Tbsp Singhara Atta
  • 1 Green Chilli + 1/2 Inch Ginger Made into a Paste
  • 1 Tsp Ajwain
  • Salt to Taste
  • 2-3 Tbsp Oil

Method

  1. Boil, peel and mash arbis.
  2. Add all the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Shape the mixture into round tikkis and pan fry them till golden brown on both sides.
  4. Tikkis are ready to be served.
