Ingredients:
- Beetroot – 50 g
- Apple – 150 g
- Parsley – 15 g
- Black pepper powder – A pinch
- Rock salt – A pinch

Method:
- Wash the beetroot, apple and parsley properly
- Chop them roughly and put it in the blender & churn
