Beetroot – Apple Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • Beetroot – 50 g
  • Apple – 150 g
  • Parsley – 15 g
  • Black pepper powder – A pinch
  • Rock salt – A pinch
  • Organic Himalayan Berry Powder – 1 Pouch

 

Method:

  1. Wash the beetroot, apple and parsley properly
  2. Chop them roughly and put it in the blender & churn
  3. Empty  it in a glass. Then add rock salt, black pepper powder, and Himalayan Berry sachet and mix well then serve immediately.
