Boiled Chickpea Salad with Veggies

Ingredients:
- Boiled Chickpea 30 g
- Green capsicum 30 g
- Tomato 30 g
- Garlic crushed 4-5
- Extra virgin olive oil 5 g
- Black pepper 2 g
- Red chilli 2 g
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice 10 ml
Method:
- Heat the extra virgin olive oil and add crushed garlic, capsicum, and tomato.
- Sprinkle some salt and saute till it becomes slightly burnt
- Mix boiled chick peas and saute capsicum with red pepper, black peppercorn
- Squeeze the lemon juice and mixed well
