Boiled Chickpea Salad with Veggies

Ingredients:

  1. Boiled Chickpea 30 g
  2. Green capsicum 30 g
  3. Tomato 30 g
  4. Garlic crushed 4-5 
  5. Extra virgin olive oil 5 g
  6. Black pepper 2 g
  7. Red chilli 2 g
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Lemon juice 10 ml

Method:

  1. Heat the extra virgin olive oil and add crushed garlic, capsicum, and tomato.
  2. Sprinkle some salt and saute till it becomes slightly burnt
  3. Mix boiled chick peas and saute capsicum with red pepper, black peppercorn
  4. Squeeze the lemon juice and mixed well
