Chana Cutlet

Ingredients for Chana Cutlet

  • 350 gm Kala chana boiled
  • 150 gm onion
  • 2 nos potato (optional)
  • ½ tbsp ginger
  • 2-3 green chilli
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for grilling
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • Few coriander leaves
  • 3 tsp lime juice

Method

  1. Boil chana and mash it mix with rest of the ingredients, shape them into cutlet shape.
  2. Grill it on a non-stick pan or on a griller.
  3. Serve hot with amla chutney.
