Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1½ cups boiling water
  • 1 pinch vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender. One needs to be quick so the eggs don’t cook in the boiling water.
