How to Manage Diabetes Naturally

A condition that impairs the body’s ability to process the blood sugars or blood glucose, we call it Diabetes.   3. Fenugreek (Methi Dana ): Drinking methi dana water empty stomach early morning on a regular basis helps to maintain the sugar levels. (You need to soak 1 tsp of methi dana seeds in 1 glass water overnight, strain it, warm and consume).
  4. Jamun: 10 ml Jamun juice consumed regularly helps to maintain blood sugar levels.
  5. Neem: Neem again can be consumed in a capsule form due to its bitter taste. 2 capsules early in the morning empty stomach needs to be taken on a daily basis.
  6. Gurmar: 1 tsp of gurmar powder can be consumed with warm water after breakfast and dinner regularly.
  7. Turmeric: Turmeric being an antioxidant helps to increase insulin sensitivity and lowering the blood sugars, 2 turmeric Capsules (turmeric formula) after breakfast or 1 glass of warm milk with turmeric boiled in it works wonders.
