One can use the following oils in cooking normally as you use other oils. While cooking heat is applied to oils but one should always take care that overheating should be avoided to any oil as it results in producing toxins.
Normally GMO oils available in the market are Soybean oil, cottonseed oil, corn oil, and sugar beets.
Natural Non-GMO Oils are Rice bran oil, coconut oil, olive oil, safflower and sunflower oils.
A 4-digit number indicates the food was conventionally grown and may or may not be genetically modified. A 5-digit number beginning with an 8 is a genetically modified food. However, not all GM foods can be identified because PLU labeling is optional.
