Hi my name is mansi Sharma. I am diabetic since last 7 years and now I  am 22 week pregnant. I am taking insulin (8unit each time) 4 times in a day . There are few food items that suit me in my daily meal like oats is the only thing I can eat in breakfast and multi grain flour for chapaties. Can you please help with some other diet plan because I need some change.

Hi! You can make a variation in oats, like oats poha, oats cheela, oats idli, etc. You can also include rice idli, plain dosa with mint dip and vegetable stuffed multigrain chapati with vegetable raita.

You should take more of protein in your diet in the form of dal soup, paneer, steamed sprouts, egg and chicken.
