Hello mam

I want to knw the healthy diet chart for my 3 plus daughter as she usually suffers from cold n flu n in april she was diagnosed wth osteomalacia n nw her vitamin D3 level is vry low…. plz help as we r from the disputed state of india i.e., jammu and kashmir

Ragi porridge can be included in the diet for healthy bones. For cough and cold, you can give 1/4th tsp Sitopladi Churna with 1/2 tsp honey twice in a day.

You should also try to encourage her to play in the sunshine in the morning. Oil massage with til oil is recommended every alternate day. In diet, she can be given egg yolk and fish curry with rice. She should be given supplements under a pediatrician’s supervision.
