First of all, stop using chemical laden soaps/ shampoos/ face washes etc. Instead opt for handmade soaps and shampoos that are rich in essential oils. Do apply a good moisturizer immediately after bath, and you can also use body oils for your body which are better than creams and lotions. Change your food pattern, and include more whole grains, vegetables, fruits, flaxseeds, chia seeds, almonds, walnuts, eggs, and fish on a regular basis. Use cold pressed oils like coconut/ olive/ almond/ avocado oil for cooking. Practising pranayama will balance out your skin in a natural way. Use cow’s ghee (1-2 teaspoons) in your diet regularly.
