If you only have fruits at night it is perfectly safe for health and will help you to get better sleep and also reduces water retention.
If one does not have a regular meal at night and eats a light meal like soup or a glass of milk, then the body gets a chance to activate its rejuvenating processes which are very helpful. Similarly, a fruit dinner can help to lose weight and also activate the healing processes.
Ideally one should have a breakfast of fruits and a dinner of vegetables and soup for health and wellness post 50 years of age and also if one is overweight.
