A balanced diet can be retained by adding all the nutrients: Carbohydrates, Protein, Fats, Water, Vitamins, and Minerals. Include some whole grains / brown rice, Legumes and pulses / Egg/ chicken, food prepared in olive or mustard oil, more colorful fruits and vegetables, and by drinking enough water.
