I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2017. I’ve had acne on my forehead about 8 years now it seems to get worse and I’ve been having digestive issues. What advice do you have for me.

You must have a wholesome approach towards PCOS, a good regular workout, healthy diet and yoga meditation will help you ease its symptoms. Workout can be your choices like a favorite sport, dance class, gym or normal basic brisk walking but you must invest 45 to 60 minutes daily on it.
For a healthy diet, Include whole grains and pulses in your diet, have plenty of green leafy vegetables like spinach, lettuce, methi, etc and seasonal fruits. Lean protein sources such as eggs, tofu, chicken, and fish are very filling and a healthy dietary option. Cow’s milk or any other type of animal source of milk can be avoided in PCOS as dairy products affect hormonal balance directly. So they can be replaced with either soy milk, oats milk or almond milk.
Some ayurvedic herbs can also be included in the diet: turmeric, garlic, basil, ginger, cinnamon, ashwagandha, flax seeds, fenugreek seeds, amla, honey.
Practice yoga and meditation for balancing hormones and keeping stress at bay.
