Hello! If you are able to do the following two things, your blood sugar will normalize soon:
- Replace high Carb meals with low carb Meals
- High carbs are sugar, bread, maida, bakery products, cornflour, fruit juice, etc
- Low carbs are jau sattu, channa atta mixed with ragi atta, channa sattu, quinoa
- Exercise daily for 30 minutes ( brisk walk, Suryanamaskar)
- Mix equal portion of methidana powder, jamun seed powder and neem powder. Take 1 tsp of this mixture ½ an hour before meal twice in a day.
- 2 Triphala capsules at night with warm water.
