I am lactating mother of 2 and half months old baby. Please suggest how should my diet be so that it do not leads to overweighing rather help me to maintain fit figure but also help me maintaining the milk production at the same time for baby.
Also please let me know how much chapati should i take in a meal. Sometime i have desire of taking 3 but i take 2 with some extra veg or curry or salad keeping my figure in mind.
