Hello, vegetable juice made with Beetroot (1 small), Amla (1), Spinach (1 cup), Pomegranate (1 large), 1 tbsp wheatgrass powder is good for improving hemoglobin. One can take 1 glass of juice every day empty stomach.
For balancing the periods it is important to reduce too much period imbalancing foods like excess tea or coffee, irregular eating, junk foods and sugar. Reducing anxiety and doing Yoga helps to bring balance to the body.
In addition, the following herbs are beneficial
- Kumaryasava: 2 tbsp + 2 tbs water after lunch and dinner for balanced periods
- Shatavari Capsule: 1 capsule twice in a day after lunch and dinner for better and balanced cycle
