You must take a diet that suits your body composition, blood group, and Prakriti. Consult an Ayurvedic Doctor for the same. It would help your skin get rejuvenated in the right way. 
Till that time take whole grains (oatmeal, barley, quinoa, whole wheat, brown rice) in daily diet. Include lentils and legumes, milk and milk products, eggs, chicken, fish, soy in your daily diet.
