Melon seeds are a rich source of proteins (essential amino acids), vitamins and minerals. A rich source of unsaturated fatty acids (linoleic acid and oleic acid). These unsaturated fatty acids help to maintain the natural glow of the skin. Arginine (an amino acid) plays a significant role in regulating blood pressure. In many cases, watermelon seeds are used to treat edema (swelling).

You can have 1 tsp of melon seeds in the morning or with fruits.
