Congratulations!! You should take a healthy and balanced diet. In case you find difficult to have chapatis then take dal dalia, dal and rice khichdi as these kinds of preparations are easy to digest. Incorporate enough of protein in your diet in the form of pulses (dal) and paneer. Also, increase the intake of liquid in your diet for eg water, fruit-infused water, vegetable soup, buttermilk.
