To reduce weight around the hips and abdomen, you have to follow a nutritious and healthy weight loss plan.
Firstly, eliminate white sugar for 3 months from your diet, have dinners by 7 PM or eat your last meal by 7 PM as the body responds very well to early dinners. Reduce carbohydrates from the diet and increase the protein in your diet like channa, paneer, peanuts etc.
