hello doctor,

 

I have a knee pain problem from last 1 month. doctor advised me for weight loss. but i am a feeding mother of 6month baby. how can i weight loss because i am working also. please advice me.

Hi , you can include more of complex carbohydrates in your diet. For example oats, multigrain flour, etc.
– Include more of proteins.
– Take light & early dinners (latest by 7:30 pm)
– Add protein in dinner and avoid carbohydrates
– Take two cups of green tea in a day
– Avoid curd at night
