Hi! I like munching on chips and crisps. I have been recently adviced to avoid these as they are high in salt and not good for health. Are the low fat ones any good?
Are there any alternatives I can have instead of readily available potato chips? What should I look on the label while buying?

Hello! High salt, transfats and starch are not good for health and there are low-fat versions available in the market which are slightly better (say 20%) but the real healthy munchies are all natural. You can have roasted peanuts, almonds, murmura, roasted channa etc.
Also, on the label check for the salt, sugar(should be low), hydrogenated fats and trans fats (zero) and artificial colours (zero is ideal).
