Recipe: Soak 1 teaspoon (5 grams) of barley in 1 glass (200 ml) of water overnight, in the morning boil it to half the quantity (100 ml), sieve it and consume it. 

Best is to take it on an empty stomach early in the morning. Its fiber content helps to increase the body’s metabolism and lose stubborn fat.
