I am following a diet plan to lose weight. I try to stick to the plan as much as I can but there are times when I have to go out and that makes me eat outside food which increases my weight. can you suggest how I can manage that without saying no to everything as it looks rude to the host.

Hi! I totally understand your concern. You can always opt for a healthier alternative from the menu in order to not deviate much from your plan. Grilled paneer or chicken is a better option than their buttery versions. Also, in drinks in place of fizzy beverages opt for natural options like fruit juices, shakes or smoothies.
