For answering this question first we need to know about their manufacturing. Normal table salt is made by drilling into the sea beds, pumping out the extra saltwater, refining in the salt plants, this makes pure sodium chloride losing out essential minerals like potassium and magnesium. Making of table salt includes many chemicals and additives.

Whereas, the sea salt is made by evaporating away the seawater using the indoor heaters of the plants or by simple sun drying technique. Its natural minerals stay intact as there are no extra chemicals added and the salt is not that processed as normal table salt.

Himalayan pink salt is a type of rock salt only that comes from the foothills of the Himalayas. Chemically it is similar to table salt but has only 98% Sodium Chloride, the remaining salt contains trace minerals like calcium, potassium and magnesium which gives it the visible pink color.

There is no such scientific information about Himalayan salt being better than normal salt nutritionally, but there are chemical processes involved in making the normal table salt which makes Himalayan pink salt a better option.
