Ingredients for Kala chana Salad
- 1 cup cooked black channa
- 1/2-cup cucumber, sliced
- 1/2-cup onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon chopped coriander
- 2-3 green chillies fine chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- ½ tsp roasted jeera powder
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- Combine all the ingredients except the salt and pepper and chill.
- Just before serving, add salt and pepper and mix well.
- Serve chilled.
