Ingredients:

1. Mint Leaves – 8 – 10 leaves

2. Lemon – 1 – 2

3. Stevia – 1 sachet

4. Chia seeds – half tablespoon

5. Spices (Zeera powder and Salt )

6. Water – 1 glass (250 ml )

Method:

1. Soak mint leaves and chia seeds ( 8 – 10 ) in water for 3 -4 hours and then take out the mint leaves grind it to make a fine paste.

2. Add the paste into the same water

3. Add lemon according to taste

4. Add spices according to the taste

5. Add Stevia according to the taste 6. Serve it cool.
