Onion Stuffed Egg Whites Omelette

- Onions chopped 20 g
- Egg whites 2
- Salt as per taste
- Black Pepper as per taste
Method:
- Wash and Chop onions
- Heat pan over medium heat and spray with non-stick spray and add onions; cook for about 3 minutes or until tender.
- Add egg whites and cook until set. Serve hot and enjoy
