Saute Broad Beans, Bell Peppers and Onions

Ingredients:
- Broad beans 50 g
- Onion 30 g
- Bell peppers 50 g
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Tomato 30 g
- Turmeric powder 2 g
- Cumin seeds 2 g
- Black Pepper Powder to taste
- Salt to taste
- Olive Oil 5 g
Method:
- Take beans, bell peppers and onions in equal amounts and chop them in fine pieces, now garlic and tomato in small amounts and chop them separately into small pieces.
- Take a frying pan, add oil and cumin seeds and cook until a crackling sound comes.
- Now add garlic, onions and tomato one by one after cooking each ingredient and then add turmeric powder (optional).
- Finally add beans, rock salt, black pepper powder and cook for 10-15 mins at medium flame.
- Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
