Saute Broad Beans, Bell Peppers and Onions

Time of Preparation:  30 minutes

Ingredients:

  1. Broad beans 50 g
  2. Onion 30 g
  3. Bell peppers 50 g
  4. Garlic 2 cloves
  5. Tomato 30 g
  6. Turmeric powder 2 g
  7. Cumin seeds 2 g
  8. Black Pepper Powder to taste
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Olive Oil 5 g

Method:

  1. Take beans, bell peppers and onions in equal amounts and chop them in fine pieces, now garlic and tomato in small amounts and chop them separately into small pieces.
  2. Take a frying pan, add oil and cumin seeds and cook until a crackling sound comes.
  3. Now add garlic, onions and tomato one by one after cooking each ingredient and then add turmeric powder (optional).
  4. Finally add beans, rock salt, black pepper powder and cook for 10-15 mins at medium flame.
  5. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
