Saute Vegetables (Capsicum, Peas, Onion, Mushroom)

Time of Preparation:  20 minutes

Ingredients:

  1. Chopped capsicum 50 g
  2. Chopped mushroom 50 g
  3. Chopped onion 50 g
  4. Green peas 10 g
  5. Cumin seeds 2 g
  6. Black pepper powder 2 g
  7. Oregano flakes 2 g
  8. Rock salt as per taste
  9. Rice bran Oil 5 g

Method:

  1. Heat the oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds into it.
  2. Add chopped capsicum ,mushroom, peas and onions into the pan ,stir it and cook it for 5 min on low flame.
  3. Add oregano powder, black pepper powder and rock salt into it ,stir it well and cook it for more than 3 mins.
  4. Serve hot.

Lettuce Carrot Salad

Time of Preparation:  5 minutes

Ingredients:

  1. Carrots: 50 g
  2. Lettuce: 50 g
  3. Black pepper powder: 2 g

 

Method:

  1. Wash and peel the carrots and lettuce. 
  2. Now add both the vegetables in a bowl and sprinkle black pepper over it.
  3. Mix well and serve
