    Hi! You can take Shatavari capsules of organic India 2-2 caps after breakfast and dinner with normal water at least for 3 months or you can also take for a long duration.
    It is beneficial to remove stress, perimenopausal symptoms [like mood swings, hot flushes], provide sound sleep, energy etc. at your age.
