I had experienced an early miscarriage in Feb2020 and since then my periods have become irregular and cycle length of almost 35-45 days, with spotting starting almost 10 days before periods. Ultrasound and blood tests for thyroid, prolactin are normal. Can Shatavari help me in regulating my hormones as I am trying to conceive actively and don’t want to take contraceptive pills as prescribed by gyenc to regulate hormones.
