  • Neem capsules, 1
  • Banana,1 small
  • Apple, 1 small
  • Pineapple, 1 small cup
  • Water,1 cup
  • Spinach, a handful


  1. Blend 1 cup of spinach in a blender.
  2. Add 1 cup of water and blend well (until all leafy chunks are gone).
  3. Toss in fruit, such as frozen apple, pineapple and bananas in the blender.
  4. Blend again along with neem capsule mixture until smooth and creamy.
  5. Serve smoothie immediately for maximum nourishment.
