How to use these leaves to treat IBS…please tell

    • Dr Shikha's NutriHealth

Boil 2 cups of water in a pan and to this, add a few leaves to it. Allow the concoction to simmer for 3-4 minutes. Turn off the flame, transfer the drink and let it cool. Once ready, you can have your drink warm or cool, depending on your liking.
Or you can simply take 4-5 leaves and have them raw early morning. These practises can help manage IBS.
