1. Morning Meal

Mornings started with something light but filling. Most days, it’s a bowl of vegetable dalia with oats, carrots, peas, and a pinch of spices. It’s warm, comforting, and keeps him full for hours. Some days, he had besan chilla, made from chickpea flour with onions and tomatoes in it. It’s so crispy and tasty, it gradually became his favourite. 3. Evening Meal
