Ingredients:

  1. Olive Oil 5 g
  2. Mushrooms 30 g
  3. Onions 30 g
  4. Egg whites 2
  5. Salt & Black Pepper as per taste

Method:

  1. Wash and chop finely onions and mushrooms.
  2. Heat pan over medium heat and spray with non-stick spray and add mushrooms and onions; cook for about 3 minutes or until tender.
  3. Add egg whites and cook until set. Serve hot and enjoy.
