Mushroom stuffed Egg whites omelette

Ingredients:
- Olive Oil 5 g
- Mushrooms 30 g
- Onions 30 g
- Egg whites 2
- Salt & Black Pepper as per taste
Method:
- Wash and chop finely onions and mushrooms.
- Heat pan over medium heat and spray with non-stick spray and add mushrooms and onions; cook for about 3 minutes or until tender.
- Add egg whites and cook until set. Serve hot and enjoy.
