Ragi Oats Idli

Ingredients:
- Ragi flour 15 g
- Oats flour 15 g
- Carrot 10 g
- Capsicum 10 g
- Onion 10 g
- Curd 10 g
- Oil 5 g
- Baking soda 2 g
- Mustard seeds 2 g
- Curry leaves few leaves for tadka
- Salt as per taste
Method:
- Take a deep bowl . add ragi flour, oats flour ,curd ,salt and baking soda in it. Pour some water gradually to make a thick batter . Keep it aside for at least 10 min.
- Take a pan and add a few drops of oil ,mustard seeds and curry leaves in it. Then, add chopped carrots ,onions,capsicum ,seasoning and saute it for at least 2-3 min , then keep it aside.
- Take an idli stand and grease it with a little oil. place stuffing mixture in the centre of each idli space. 4. Pour the idli batter over the mixture.
- Place the idli stand in a steamer and cook it 10-15min till the idli puffs.
- Serve hot with any chutney or sambar.
