Time of Preparation:  20 minutes

Ingredients:

  1. Ragi flour 15 g
  2. Oats flour 15 g
  3. Carrot 10 g
  4. Capsicum 10 g
  5. Onion 10 g
  6. Curd 10 g
  7. Oil 5 g
  8. Baking soda 2 g
  9. Mustard seeds 2 g
  10. Curry leaves few leaves for tadka
  11. Salt as per taste

Method:

  1. Take a deep bowl . add ragi flour, oats flour ,curd ,salt and baking soda in it. Pour some water gradually to make a thick batter . Keep it aside for at least 10 min.
  2. Take a pan and add a few drops of oil ,mustard seeds and curry leaves in it. Then, add chopped carrots ,onions,capsicum ,seasoning and saute it for at least 2-3 min , then keep it aside.
  3. Take an idli stand and grease it with a little oil. place stuffing mixture in the centre of each idli space. 4. Pour the idli batter over the mixture.
  4. Place the idli stand in a steamer and cook it 10-15min till the idli puffs.
  5. Serve hot with any chutney or sambar.
