Shredded Cabbage Soup

Ingredients:
- Olive Oil 5 g
- Cabbage chopped 100 g
- Onion chopped 50 g
- Garlic chopped 5 g
- Bay leaves chopped 5 g
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Method:
- Wash the cabbage properly.
- Chop them separately.
- Fill a large pot with 4 quarts of water.
- Cook for about 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Put a lid on the pot and cover
- Add 2 quarts water, cabbage, onions, oil, garlic, bay leaves.
- Cook over medium heat until vegetables have softened.
- Take it out in a bowl and serve hot.

- Red bell pepper 30 g
- Carrot 30 g
- Broccoli 30 g
- Avocado 30 g
- Sesame seeds 5 g
- Olive oil 5 g
Method:
- Take a big deep bowl, add chopped bell pepper,carrots, broccoli, and avocado in it.
- Add sesame seeds and olive oil in it. Add a pinch of rock salt and black pepper, and toss it well.
- Then,serve it.
