Shredded Cabbage Soup

Time of Preparation:  30 minutes

Ingredients:

  1. Olive Oil 5 g
  2. Cabbage chopped 100 g
  3. Onion chopped 50 g
  4. Garlic chopped 5 g
  5. Bay leaves chopped 5 g
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Black pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Wash the cabbage properly.
  2. Chop them separately.
  3. Fill a large pot with 4 quarts of water.
  4. Cook for about 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Put a lid on the pot and cover
  7. Add 2 quarts water, cabbage, onions, oil, garlic, bay leaves.
  8. Cook over medium heat until vegetables have softened.
  9. Take it out in a bowl and serve hot.

Rainbow Salad

Ingredients:

  1. Red bell pepper 30 g
  2. Carrot 30 g
  3. Broccoli 30 g
  4. Avocado 30 g
  5. Sesame seeds 5 g
  6. Olive oil 5 g

 

Method:

  1. Take a big deep bowl, add chopped bell pepper,carrots, broccoli, and avocado in it.
  2. Add sesame seeds and olive oil in it. Add a pinch of rock salt and black pepper, and toss it well.
  3. Then,serve it.
