Broil Salmon

Ingredients:
- Salmon 100 g
- Garlic 4
- Paprika 5 g
- Baby Lettuce 50 g
- Corn Seeds 20 g
- Salt Black Pepper Oregano to taste
- Olive oil for seasoning 5g
- Mustard Seed Paste 2 g
Method:
- Place foil paper in a baking plate and grease it with a little amount of olive oil.
- Take a bowl add ½ tsp of olive oil, salt, Mustard seed paste, balck pepper, and oregano, mix well and toss fish slices into it to coat then place the coated fish on a baking tray from the skin side.
- Put the tray on the flame and wait till cook.
- Chop all vegetables very nicely, put all together in a bowl with boiled corn seeds and toss with greasing left from fish.
- Turn off the flame once the fish is cooked, chop into cubes and put it with the vegetables and mix it well together.
