Broil Salmon

Time of Preparation:  45 minutes

Ingredients:

  1. Salmon 100 g
  2. Garlic 4
  3. Paprika 5 g
  4. Baby Lettuce 50 g
  5. Corn Seeds 20 g
  6. Salt Black Pepper Oregano to taste
  7. Olive oil for seasoning 5g
  8. Mustard Seed Paste 2 g

Method:

  1. Place foil paper in a baking plate and grease it with a little amount of olive oil.
  2. Take a bowl add ½ tsp of olive oil, salt, Mustard seed paste, balck pepper, and oregano, mix well and toss fish slices into it to coat then place the coated fish on a baking tray from the skin side.
  3. Put the tray on the flame and wait till cook.
  4. Chop all vegetables very nicely, put all together in a bowl with boiled corn seeds and toss with greasing left from fish.
  5. Turn off the flame once the fish is cooked, chop into cubes and put it with the vegetables and mix it well together.
