Broccoli Onion Soup

Ingredients:
- Olive oil 5 g
- Onion chopped 100 g
- Garlic cloves chopped 4
- Broccoli chopped 100 g
- Nutmeg 2-3 g
- Salt and pepper taste
- Vegetable Broth 100 ml
Method:
- Heat olive oil in a large saucepan, and saute onion and garlic until tender. Mix in broccoli and broth. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
- With a hand mixer or in a blender, puree the mixture until smooth. Return to the saucepan, and reheat. Season with nutmeg, salt, and pepper.

Ingredients:
- Kale chopped 100 g
- Lettuce chopped 100 g
- Basil chopped 10 g
- Garlic clove chopped 3
- Lemon juice 5 ml
- Olive oil 5 g
- Salt and black pepper according to taste
Method:
- Wash and chop kale and lettuce and put them in a bowl.
- Add olive oil, lemon juice, chopped basil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well and serve.
