Onion Stuffed Barley Cheela

Ingredients:
- Barley flour 30 g
- Onion chopped 30 g
- Coriander leaves chopped 5 g
- Green chilli chopped 1
- Tomato chopped 10 g
- Olive oil 10 g
- Water as required
Method:
- Take barley flour in a bowl, add chopped vegetables, salt, and green chilli in it.
- Add water and make a suitable paste to make cheela.
- Put a griddle on gas and add a few drops of oil.
- Sprinkle water on it so that crackling sound comes. It means it is the perfect time to cook cheela.
- Put one ladle full of paste on tawa. spread but gently rotate it.
- Cook properly from both sides.
- Serve with chutney/raita/vegetable.

Amla Mint Dip

Ingredients:
- Amla 50 g
- Mint leaves 50 g
- Coriander 50 g
- Green chillis 1
- Rock salt as per taste
- Black pepper a pinch
- Cumin powder 1 g
Method:
- Wash all the herbs and roughly chop them.
- Chop the amla carefully into pieces, leaving the seed out.
- Combine all ingredients together with ½ cup of water and blend in a mixer to a smooth paste.
- Serve fresh.
