Barley Oats Chapati

Barley Oats  Chapati (1-2) ( 1/3rd Whole wheat flour + 1/3rd Barley Flour + 1/3rd Oats flour)

Time of Preparation:  5 minutes + 15 minutes keeping time

Ingredients:

  1. Barley flour 10 g
  2. Wheat flour 10 g
  3. Oats flour 10 g
  4. Water as required

Method:

  1. Take Barley flour ,wheat flour and oats flour in a bowl and mix well . Add warm water to make the dough soft .
  2. Keep the dough aside for 15 minutes.
  3. Divide it into equal balls . Roll the dough into roti. Cook from both sides and serve hot.
